		<description>You can never be more than 100% disabled.  It&#039;s very confusing, but this is how it&#039;s figured:

100% - 30% = 70%
70% - 10% = 63% (10% of 70% is 7)
63% - 10% = 57% (10% of 63% is 6.3, rounded down to 6)

100 (the whole body) - 57 (what&#039;s left over that&#039;s good of the body) = 43, rounded to the nearest 10th = 40% (the amount of disability)

40% is your rating.  Also remember that 57...because if you get another 10% then it&#039;s from the 57, not the 100 or even the 40.</description>
