how can you get a job if you have no experience? (living in london)
I have a friend who was at uni until age of 24 and then soon after leaving he had an medical condition that affected his ears ..Hyperacusis. this is a disorder that means your ears are super sensitive to some noises and in his case any loud noises, talking on phones, listening to headphones. so he couldnt find a job suitable, this in turn led him into a depression, he has suffered ever since with this. now aged 26, had a few very short term jobs but none worked out. he is now beginning to climb the mountain again (so to speak) and he is looking for work, he has lost his passion due to the depression so he just wants a job to earn money, but how can a 27 year old with no experience get a job?
any ideas?
he does have a degree.

Thank you for your help, i wanna help him but dont know how really, i been in employment since leaving school 10 years ago

I’m a college student and have been under a lot of stress lately due to finals and because I only have 1 more class before I graduate. My tinnitus started a couple days ago after I finished a very stressful class and has been persistent ever sense. I’m never exposed to loud noises or loud music, just lots of stress. What’s odd about the ringing is it will change pitch every few seconds from a moderate ring to a more intense moderate ring to a high pitched loud ring and then back down again; this repeats over and over. I was thinking it might be allergies but Claritin doesn’t seem to help. I’m planning on calling my doctor on Monday to get it checked out because I’ve had sinus infections in the past so I’m hoping it’s treatable. I also suffer from anxiety but I’m not on any meds at the moment.
Blood pressure is normal

I have had the so called "ringing sound" in my ears before. Unlike before though, it had only lasted about a day if not more. This sound hasn’t went away since early yesterday morning. It is the longest I’ve had this sound and is driving me crazy. I researched about it a few hours ago after realizing it was still there. (i was hoping a good nights sleep would help it settle) Due to the sound, everything else sounds much fainter. As all of you might of had this before, you know what I’m talking about. Now what I have researched said that the causes are most likely from loud noises, stress, too much medicine (aspirin/etc.) and so on. I have a few guesses on what has caused mine. Well to begin with, I’m 17. Friday night, I met up with my friends and my gf. Long story short, me and her were caught in car, we’re both in a lot of trouble with parents. I have a feeling that the stress from that has caused mine. Plus, I am worried about her and won’t know anything until tomorrow at school. That night and the following morning, I took a little too much of aspirin so that is another likely cause. I just want to know what all of you think since I have read plenty of information off of websites but would rather hear something directly from someone who has experienced this. I’m hoping it goes away on its own as it has before many times.

When everything gets quiet I hear a white noise.Sometimes it gets really loud in my right ear, so loud I can barely hear anything else. I read one of the causes was exposing your ear to loud noises for a long time, and do that a lot >.> Does it sound like I have Tinnitus?
