Remember not to expose yourself to any loud stuff in a next few days...let your ears settle down, and your ringing will go away...but it might take a few days....I have experienced this when I was younger, and my hearing isn't the best today since I didn't wear hearing protection.............watch your music levels with your MP3, your stereo in your car, and at home too....
