concert is a huge public gathering where we have to heard about very high volume so that our ears are not allowed this so that we have face this problem. I think it is natural and it will be ok after 1 or 2 hours.

Right now, the only thing you can do is wear hearing protection during the concerts you go to....if you like to go to concerts, do yourself this favor and wear hearing protection...i know it's not too cool for a younger person to do this, but if you can imagine what life is going to be like without any hearing?
Remember not to expose yourself to any loud stuff in a next few days...let your ears settle down, and your ringing will go away...but it might take a few days....I have experienced this when I was younger, and my hearing isn't the best today since I didn't wear hearing protection.............watch your music levels with your MP3, your stereo in your car, and at home too....

You might have damaged your ear drum. Talk to your doctor about it, he could help.
