It's good to hear that someone has the same problem as me! :) Mine went on for a few months, but now im ok. First, try not to get so crazy about the sound. My doctor told me that it's not a problem. It's something similar to how you eyes/ knees sometimes twitch naturally. I also took a hearing test to see if anything was a problem and the results were perfect hearing. So i just waited for a few months and i rarely hear any ringing. I recommend to just wait unless it completely affects your lifee :) good luck! Hello!

It's caused by exposure to loud noise for a long period of time. If you usually listen to loud music (especially with headphones) or loud TV you may have developed it.
