I have a very hard time sleeping. i\'m in shape, i haven\'t been around loud nosies. it just started one day while i was reading to my child. and now it will not stop. i have a hard time thinking. i haven\'t seen a dr. cause i have no inc. i haven\'t taken anything for it cause i don\'t want to make it worst. does this sound like somthing i need to see a dr. about. or does it sound like tinnitus, and i just keep trying to put in the back of my mind?
