Anyone using Rhapsody brand hearing aids?
I have an appointment at the Shea Clinic in Memphis (a Rhapsody reseller) this week. I know I need hearing aids (age 48, male) for a high-end hearing loss and pronounced tinnitus. I’ve worn inexpensive (0 each) behind the ear analog instruments before and they helped a great deal, but they died 5 years ago, and I have not worn any since. So this would be my first pair of "real" digital instruments.
Can anyone estimate the cost for me, and let me know if you like them? Thanks!

I have been using the Rhapsody 32 bit hearing aids and the actual maker is Starkey -Nu Ear.
Very nice instruments but not really set up for either hi-frequency hearing loss and there are no hearing aids that are fitted for tinnitus!
There are high end instruments so be expecting to pay a premium price such as 2-3000 per aid.
I open ear fit is the best type for high frequency losses and it makes you tinnitus more manageable then even better.
Just remember you have aright to return if not happy see how much a return fee and any office service fee’s for adjustment or maintenance.
Decide where you get the best service and expect to pay 1-3000 per aid.
Digital are better aids for high frequency’s since there more control of frequency amplification and noise reduction and less over amplification you would find in analog aids.
So be picky and voice your needs and expectations clearly to your dispenser.
