Who knows about a site where I can find out about a ringing in the ears.

I’ve heard all this stuff about:
when your eye twitches, it means someone’s talking about you,
when your nose itches, it means someone wants to know a secret about you,
and so on…
Are all these things true, or are they just myths?

Is there a medical reason behind this?

Like what does the ears ringing mean?
