Tinnitus is when you hear a buzz that doesn’t exists

I currently have a cold, however this is the first time that this happened. It normally starts when there is silence. It seems to get even more worse, if I focus on the sound. Help?

After I talk or after there is any noise above library talking my ear pops. It’s like there is a strange popping noise. If I say something less than one second later my ear pops. Not like they do when you yawn. Like something is plunging my ears. Yeah, that’s strange. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Can anyone think of anything? My throat doesn’t hurt, my nose and eyes are fine, it’s just my left ear.

I’ve been having sinus problems for the past 8months or so, my nostrils are blocked everyday. I’ve been hearing a lot of ringing in my head, from day to night. I talked to my acupuncturist and she thinks i need more "sunlight" and exercise. I think its completely bullshit i dont see how that can affecting it

Im thinking my sinus problems are causing the tinnitus, possible?
