These symptoms are interfering with Rick’s ability to help his patients, and he needs you to help him restore his health to normal.

This has started ever since I got a new T.V in my room. And had to switch from using my laptop which broke to my computer.

Anyway I power the PC and TV off from the switch on plug on the wall at night.

Lets say it has been about 2 weeks- with the fan on I have been fine but not every night to hot.

I have Googled it and read horror stories and obviously got myself VERY worried.

Now- I am now constantly without purposely doing it concentrating to what I am hearing. I’ve become more sensitive to the computers etc and even the fridge (whereas I never noticed these before).

Its the first thing I think about when I wake up and I’m scared I won’t be able to relax.

When I was going to sleep yesterday I thought I was hearing it again…. but I am not sure ….because as soon as I opened my eyes and looked at my phone or something I couldn’t hear it.

I keep during my day keep thinking "Wheres that coming from?" etc.. to EVERY sound, I think this is giving me a headache. and I’ve come to realize I never have peace and quite during my days, ever.

When I close my ears gently I don’t hear it BUT if I press very hard on my ear I do. I think It is the left one which is weird as the other day I am sure it was the right one and I was like "argh I can’t sleep on the left side though"

If I DO have it I have no idea what would have caused it I have no listen to any music or anything. I drink coffee and am kinda anxious/down but nothing major.

Whenever I concentrate on the sound it gets louder.

I’m a worrier and a little bit of a hypochondriac =/ I just don’t want to focus on it anymore

How do I know for sure if I have it???

Btw how would I mention it to my Mum?

I went for a walk around the house- come back to my room and heard it so it might be something from in my room BUT I can’t tell if what I hear in internal or external. ALSO….. when I close my ear in my Mums room real hard I hear it.

I feel I kinda have a ear ache but I can’t feel it…..Ive only just noticed it

I always have a ringing in my ears. What could cause this? Is there any way to help it?
Could this be related to tinnitus?

i`ve had tinnitus for over a week, and i was wondering will using my headphones make it worse? not at a loud level. but i used them yesterday and it seemed to be a bit louder

Hi, I currently have a Complaint that was accepted by the Tribunal – Tenancy, failure to accommodate for disability. I have a severe hyperacusis – collpased to sound, Bldg Mgr was told. Now the Tribunal will not accommodate for my disability either – and now I mean, I have very limited mobility because of a fractured ankle and need more surgery. They will not respond with me by email (both because of hyperacusis, and now because, further to their lack of accommodation, I’ve had to add my foot (which has nothing to do with my original complaint). I’m on CPP Disability since 2004, applying for PMD, and as I can’t pay for couriers, process servers, et al, I have to walk and I can’t walk – but if I don’t? they’ll dismiss the complaint. I’ve already sent them the note from the Doctor but now they’ve sent me a Form 8 (apparently there are 2 Form 8′s, 1 for responding to request to Dismiss by Repsondent, and now for accommodation from the Tribunal. I’m worried my leg will give out.
