I just found out that there is a protective order hearing scheduled for me for April 21st and the plaintiff is "State of Nevada" and the attorney is "District Attorney". Aren’t these for like stalking charges? I haven’t done anything like that.

I took 1200mg aspirin for 4 days which is well below the safe dose. On the 4th day I suddenly started hearing a ringing in my ears which has lasted 4 weeks so far. Is it possibly related to the medication or just a cooincidence?
tinnitus miracle
Well, here it goes. It started with a vertigo attack on 23rd of December, 2009. It was severe vertigo, fullness in my left ear only, tinnitus, nystagmus, vomiting, etc.. Lasted for about a week; an attack everyday. It was diagnosed as acute viral labyrinthitis according to the first doctor I went to and the hearing tests/ENG i had done. Then it came back again about a month later. So my doctor asked for a MRI to exclude tumors. Came out fine. It kept coming back every month until may of 2010 it came back but of weaker vertigo. Just felt like my head was heavy at movement but if I lied down still I was ok. No vomiting at all. Only slight nausea when moving my head. Went to about 5 doctors and they still diagnosed it as residual labyrinthitis. The last doctor I went to, a month ago, he diagnosed it as menieres disease according to a new hearing test. Told me I should go on a low salt diet and gave me a medicine that prevents the retaining of water in the body(amiloride). After that I had another attack but it was weak as described above. I was good for about 3 weeks, nothing at all. 5 days ago I started feeling some fullness in my ear again. A day later I had another weak attack (only heavy head slight nausea), then yesterday I had a strong vertigo attack. Felt that it was spinning, nystagmus, strong nausea. So.. my question is could this still be labyrinthitis or is it menieres for sure?
I don’t smoke or drink. I used to have some hearing loss in my left ear but now it is back to normal.
