if you got or had it what helps it go away?

So i went to an ENT and he said i have sudden nerve hearing loss with some tinnitus. This has been going on for two years and it goes and comes back. After i went to the ENT my hearing came somewhat back. Now i went to a different doctor and she says its an inner ear infection. She gave me amoxcillin, pseudophed and Napronex for 14 days, its been day 3 and so far nothing.

My question is i have ringing in my left ear. Yesterday i just heard like a loud ring for like a few seconds and then left. Is this part of the medicines trying to heal up my hearing?

Every time I speak my left ear seems to make a whistle noise that accompanies my regular voice. As soon as I am done talking the whistle noise goes away. I also have mild tinnitus in that same ear that never goes away. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate this because I feel that I am almost near the end of my journey with this. I can’t take much more of it. Thank you all for your help. :)

I have pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear (for nearly a year now), it is so thundering loud sometimes that I can’t hear anything else. I saw an ENT doctor who scheduled me for an MRI (no dye was used). The ENT said that the results of the MRI showed no arterial irregularities and pretty much left it at that. Several months have now gone by and it if anything it is getting worse (could just be psychosomatic though).

Should I really spend the money and go through the hassle of getting a second opinion on this since the first doctor dismissed it so casually after receiving the MRI results?

Hospital decided to put T-tube because of my ear infections. They felt the old grommit was still in the back of the ear. This lead to a big hole in my ear. this needs to have a skin graft, but i was advised not to have it because it could be lead to further infections and risk of perforation

This resulted in a perferated ear drum which has caused problems with hearing in my left ear and has been prone to infection and illness. After consulting an audiologist, I have been told that there is only a 70% chance of repair and that there may be significant risk to repair.
Injury caused me to miss school and effected education and future job prospects and caused me to become depressed and has led to bullying especially when I wore a hearing aid. I nolonger weaar a hearing aid because it caused tinnitus. I believe that my hearing initiated my depression which led to a psychologist telling me to end school early in 2007 in my final year of my GCSE’s.
This occured in 2001 when I was 10 (am now 19)

Can I sue and how much can I get?
