Ive had this for like 4 years now ! 24-7 in a Dream ! Its really awful ! Ive been to a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with this, and started psychotherapy for 6 months ! I got bullied terribly at school for 6 years ! And have chronic ”dream feeling” ”tinnitus” also, caused by the trauma ! Never nightmares ! She gave me a list of nice things to do to ensure happiness ! Nver worked, still feel trapped in a dream ! Any help ?

I dont have health ins. but for about 4 days I have had a contant rining in my ears. It has given me such a headache that it is making me nuts.

I went to see a band last night and after the show, I had this "ringing" in my ears, its still here tonight!!! I am nervous! Will it go away? In a quiet room it is pretty obnoxious! I have earplugs, but forgot to bring them!
